Arona Basic

Moodulsaun for four - conscious choice, Nordic simplicity

Arona Basic is an elegant and practical choice for the person who appreciates a Nordic clean line and comfort. The sauna is made of 42 mm thermo-milled pine - a natural material that heats up quickly and creates a genuine camping experience. Unlike the Arona Premium, which is fully insulated, the Basic version has only the ceiling insulated (with Sauna-Satu SPU tiles, 30 mm) to better retain heat on cooler days.

The exterior and interior finishes on the Basic version are made of high quality thermo-plywood (no choice of interior finish materials on the Basic). The Arona Basic does not compromise on quality - every joint is straight, free of joints and precisely finished.

The sauna can be equipped with an electric heater or a wood-burning stove - depending on whether you prefer modern comfort or a slower, ritual sauna. You also need to choose the right heater for your sauna - you can find it at the bottom of this page.

LED lighting around the bath and above the door adds cosiness and makes it easier to enter at dusk. Electricity is required for both the heater and the lighting. Depending on the type of heater, industrial power may be required.

Assembly is logical and clearly guided, taking on average 10-12 hours for a self-installation. The sauna can also be ordered fully assembled or with a professional installation service.

MODULAR CHIMNEY GRATE HARVIA 1500 MM STAINLESS STEEL

The steel chimney can withstand large temperature fluctuations and is intended for use primarily in separate sauna buildings with trap stoves, smaller fireplaces and chimney-pipes.

The steel chimney starter pack contains: a 1.5 m steel chimney (WHP1500) and a box of accessories including a 1.0 m uninsulated flue pipe, a rain cap, a rubber rain cap and rain cap mounting kit, a stainless steel duct cap and a steel chimney duct insulation and safety cap. The steel chimney can be easily extended with 0,5 (WHP500) and 1,0 (WHP1000) meter long accessories. Thanks to an ingenious mechanism, the accessories are screwed together and the flue tubes are also interlocked thanks to grooves in the tube. This prevents movement due to temperature variations. Indoors, the chimney can be installed at a height of 3 metres without support, and outdoors at 2 metres.

The nominal flue gas temperature of a Harvia steel flue connected to a Harvia steel flue shall not exceed. 600 ºC. The outer diameter of the steel flue is 220 mm and the diameter of the flue pipe is 115 mm. The safety distance of the steel stack from combustible materials is 100 mm. The Harvia steel grate is CE-marked and therefore complies with international fire and safety requirements. The steel chimney is soot-resistant.

Carefully read the instructions for installation and use of the steel basket and the connected heater.
