If you need help making your choice, we are ready to advise you - whether you have questions about size, interior design, heating solution or installation. If you wish, you can also visit our showroom or ask for more information about the interior finishes and accessories available (e.g. lighting, heater controls, seat panels).
Once the model has been selected, we will ask you for the following information to place your order: which sauna model you have chosen (Arico / Arona, Basic / Premium); the desired interior finish material; the type of heater (electric / woodburning - if suitable); the installation method (whether you want to install it yourself or have it assembled by us); delivery address and access conditions (to clarify whether the sauna will be delivered as a whole or if it will have to be delivered in parts); preferred delivery period or desired delivery dates; special requests or other accessories (e.g. racks, control panel, water drainage systems, etc.).
After mapping out your wants and needs, we'll provide you with a precise quote, including price, delivery time and delivery method. If you wish, we can also give you recommendations on different solutions to suit the location, transport, use and long life of your future sauna.
Once you've confirmed your offer, the production process starts. Our saunas are handcrafted and each piece is finished with great care and precision. The production time depends on the model and the workload at the time. The average delivery time is 4-8 weeks in Estonia and 6 weeks to 4 months abroad.
Delivery and installation will be organised according to the accessibility of your location and the sauna model you choose. If your sauna can be reached by a suitable means of transport, we will deliver the sauna in its pre-assembled state. If access does not allow it, we will send the sauna as separate parts, together with a comprehensive and easy-to-understand manual that you can use to assemble the sauna yourself. If you want complete peace of mind and confidence, we also offer a professional installation service - the sauna is assembled by our experienced craftsmen, whose work guarantees a flawless finish. If access is difficult or requires special solutions, we can help you find a suitable means of transport and arrange a lifting service if necessary.
Once the sauna is up and running, we won't disappear - if necessary, we'll give you recommendations for maintenance and offer the possibility of installing future add-ons. Estcomhaus values a long-term relationship - we're there for you long after the first leis have been taken.
