Once you have selected a model, we will need the following information from you to process your order: the selected sauna model (Arico / Arona, Basic / Premium); the desired interior finish material; the type of heater (electric / wood-fired – if applicable); the installation method (whether you’d like to install the sauna yourself as individual components or prefer to receive it fully assembled); delivery address and access conditions (to determine whether the sauna can be delivered as a whole or must be delivered in parts); preferred delivery period or desired deadlines; special requests or other extras (e.g., hooks, control panel, drainage systems, etc.).
After mapping out your wants and needs, we'll provide you with a precise quote, including price, delivery time and delivery method. If you wish, we can also give you recommendations on different solutions to suit the location, transport, use and long life of your future sauna.
Once you've confirmed your offer, the production process starts. Our saunas are handcrafted and each piece is finished with great care and precision. The production time depends on the model and the workload at the time. The average delivery time is 4-8 weeks in Estonia and 6 weeks to 4 months abroad.

Delivery and installation will be organised according to the accessibility of your location and the sauna model you choose. If your sauna can be reached by a suitable means of transport, we will deliver the sauna in its pre-assembled state. If access does not allow it, we will send the sauna as separate parts, together with a comprehensive and easy-to-understand manual that you can use to assemble the sauna yourself. If you want complete peace of mind and confidence, we also offer a professional installation service - the sauna is assembled by our experienced craftsmen, whose work guarantees a flawless finish. If access is difficult or requires special solutions, we can help you find a suitable means of transport and arrange a lifting service if necessary.
Estcomhaus ordnar transporten av bastun till kundens leveransadress i Sverige. Kunden ansvarar för att lossningen från transportfordonet kan genomföras säkert och att lämplig lyftutrustning finns tillgänglig vid behov. Leveranssättet beror på bastumodell. Vissa modeller levereras färdigmonterade, medan andra kan levereras som byggsats på pall med tydliga monteringsanvisningar. Bastun ska placeras på ett plant, stabilt och bärande underlag, exempelvis en betongplatta, stabila block eller en stadig terrass. Inför leveransen går vi tillsammans igenom åtkomst, leveranssätt och nödvändiga förberedelser för att säkerställa en smidig leverans.
Once the sauna is up and running, we won't disappear - if necessary, we'll give you recommendations for maintenance and offer the possibility of installing future add-ons. Estcomhaus values a long-term relationship - we're there for you long after the first leis have been taken.
